You can also get a weekly email in your inbox with a list of shows. FAQ
Who can post shows?
Salem Live Music is open for anyone to add an event — venues, bands and fans can all post event information. We reserve the right to remove or edit events for accuracy or content concerns. Basically, don’t be a jerk. Post good shows.
What type of shows can I post?
Live music. It’s that simple. There are good places like What’s Happening Salem and Pressplay Salem where you can see a variety local events. This site is just for live music.
I run a venue, can I bulk upload or edit events?
Use this Google Sheet to bulk add events and email us at salem@objectperm.com if you have questions or issues. Also email us if you need an edit. If you need to use the site regularly we can give you an admin password.
How often does the email go out?
We try to send the email every Tuesday so people have time to plan their weekends.
Do shows have to be in Salem?
Yes. Okay, Keizer counts (we all know the truth). There are plenty of places to find shows in Portland and across the state. This site is dedicated only to Salem.
Really? What about Silverton, Stayton…
Really. We think this should only be for Salem shows, but if you really want a show on the outskirts go for it or send us an email if you are unsure at salem@objectperm.com
